2025 Annual Meeting Summary
Thank you to everyone who joined our Annual Meeting on February 25, 2025! We had a great turnout and fun conversations. Below are the updates discussed during the meeting.
Updates
- Membership Dues:We are now able to accept annual membership fees via Venmo. Please see our PRC Membership Form for payment details.
Dues are due by the Annual Meeting and are: Individual: $50, Family: $85. - Emergency Evacuation Info:Please check your email for a link to a Google Doc with emergency evacuation procedures. This was sent in a follow-up email from PRC.
- Planned Arena Work Day:Tentative date: May 18th at 10:00 AM
A big thank you to D. Ramsay for installing the new gate, dragging the arena, and everything else he does!
Planned tasks include:- Weed abatement
- Jump pole painting
- Mounting block staining
- Round pen raking
- Fixing and painting cavaletti
The club will purchase primer, paint, and stain for the mounting block.

- Spring Fun/Obstacle Course Day: June 8th, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Almost Full Moon Ride: June 10th at 8:00 PM
- “Show Off Your Cat and Dog” Minute:More details coming soon!
- Community Involvement with PAHOA:We continue working with PAHOA. Denise will represent PRC at their meetings and keep us updated on any developments.
